Earl Spencer posted on Instagram: “Today I turn 60. A friend surprised me with this astonishingly beautiful canoe, handmade by her husband. It’s almost too exquisite to paddle. He said, ‘I just thought it’d be useful when you visit your sister.’ Such an overwhelmingly beautiful thought.”
