The Duke of Westminster, Hugh Grosvenor, is set to marry Olivia Henson this summer and has topped the under-40 rich list for the second consecutive year, with an estimated wealth of £10 billion. The 33-year-old, who resides in Cheshire, inherited his fortune and a vast global property empire from his father, who passed away in 2016. His wealth includes 300 acres in Mayfair and Belgravia, estates in Oxford and Scotland, and properties worldwide.

Grosvenor’s engagement to Olivia Henson, 31, was announced in April 2023, with their wedding scheduled for June 7 at Chester Cathedral. Guests will include the Prince and Princess of Wales. Grosvenor, a former Olympic Skeet Shooting competitor, also donates significantly to charity, including £12.5 million to the NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Born on January 29, 1991, Hugh became the Duke upon his father’s death. He is a close friend of Prince William and Prince Harry and godfather to Prince George. His mother, Natalia, connects him to the Russian Imperial House of Romanov. Olivia Henson, linked to the Hoare banking family and the Marquesses of Bristol, has already started a honey business on the Eaton estate.
