This realisation led Khloé to question his paternity. “Tatum was an IVF baby or surrogate baby, I was like: ‘Rob, have you ever donated sperm anywhere?’ I made Tristan do three DNA tests for Tatum, he was so offended,” she shared.Throughout the paternity process, Khloé’s persistence in requesting DNA tests for her son surprised her doctor, especially since Tristan had already been confirmed as Tatum’s father.
