King Charles Vows to Defeat Cancer by Year-End, No Update on Princess Kate’s Treatment

King Charles has declared his determination to conquer his cancer by the end of this year as he resumes his public duties. The King appeared happier than he has in a long time during his first public appearance since his diagnosis. Accompanied by Queen Camilla, he visited the University College Hospital’s Cancer Center, meeting with staff and patients.

This marks King Charles’ first public engagement since he announced his cancer diagnosis in January. The palace released a statement saying, “His Majesty The King will shortly return to public-facing duties after a period of treatment and recuperation following his recent cancer diagnosis.” The statement also acknowledged the upcoming first anniversary of The Coronation and expressed gratitude for the support received over the past year.

While King Charles’ resolve is clear, there has been no recent information regarding Princess Kate’s treatment process. The public remains hopeful and supportive of both Royals during these challenging times.
