After the game against the Iowa Hawkeyes, LSU’s Angel Reese attracted attention for her unique fashion style of wearing only leggings on one leg.

What is she hiding under those pants?
Reese recently revealed the rationale behind her unique outfit choice, dispelling any notions of superstition. Her decision stems from two distinct motivations: concealing a scar and paying tribute to her idols.
In her freshman year, Reese suffered a Jones fracture, necessitating the insertion of a rod into her left leg, which resulted in a visible scar. Furthermore, she pointed out that two basketball players she greatly admires also wear a single legging, inspiring her to do the same.
“I had surgery two years back on my shin. I have a rod in my leg… I cover the scar on one, and then the two players that I admire, Te’a Cooper and A’ja Wilson, also wear it, too. So it is swag. But I have used it to cover my scar,” said Angel Reese. She revealed that she had surgery on her leg and had a scar on it. She wears the leggings to hide that scar and at the same time as a swag fashion accessory.
Reese’s unconventional dressing has piqued the interest of fans, with many speculating on its significance. However, Reese herself has clarified that it’s not a superstition but rather a personal choice.
