Angel Reese has her first WNBA win in the bag after playing the Dallas Wings this weekend, which is more than can be said for her arch-rival Caitlin Clark, who has yet to taste victory in the pros.
While she’s still a rookie, Reese is only second to Clark in popularity right now, and the Chicago Sky are looking to capitalize on her fame.
The former LSU star had fans going wild online with her latest pregame fit, having shown up to Saturday’s game in a bra exposed beneath an open denim top.
A post from the team shows Angel posing alongside three of her teammates as well as some individual snaps. Check it out below:
“where tf gqsports at ? these fits go hard asl,” one fan commented.
“Stunning,” another wrote.
“Models and ballers at the same time,” a user proclaimed.
Another said, “Look at these baddies! Chicago Sky got a team full of Ballin’ Barbies!”
Angel Reese Enjoyed A Record-Setting Second Outing
Meanwhile, Angel Reese enjoyed her first win as a WNBA player on Saturday night, scoring 11 points and hauling nine rebounds in the 83-74 win. Seven of her nine boards were on the offensive end, which leaves her as the only player to grab 12 offensive rebounds over her first two games, per Across the Timeline.
Only Cheryl Ford, Erika de Souza, and Jonquel Jones have pulled down more offensive rebounds in the first two games of any season since the WNBA’s inaugural campaign in 1997.
One of the more notable ones came in the fourth quarter when the Wings were up 65-64. She boxed center Stephanie Soares out in the paint after teammate Dana Evans missed a three and scored while getting fouled to send herself to the free-throw line.
The Sky will return to action on Thursday and Friday, playing back-to-back games against the New York Liberty and Connecticut Sun.
